Professional with experience in operations by overseeing and manage various operational aspects of the organization. Collaborating with the general manager and planning department in strategic planning processes and monitoring business performance against KPIs. Project management system improvement initiatives ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Additionally, contribute to the development and implementation of the corporate services/operations budget and provide support in research and cost analysis for new initiatives. coordinating contract management functions, ensuring compliance with reporting and monitoring systems, and developing service-level agreements with external contractors. oversee general office management tasks, and administration duties to keep a clean and safe workspace while abiding by workplace health and safety policies. Overall, contribution is instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting the management in achieving goals and supporting organizational standards.
My Story
Presently, enrolled as a student for the Master of Strategic Communication, career-wise a successful person, worked as an Engineer, Assistant manager outside Australia. In 2023, joined the Labor Party Australia and won an election for the Transport Workers Union as a Health and Safety officer.
My ambition is to establish a construction company in Australia that will help Australians achieve their dream home.
